What is HeatnBond Lite?

HeatnBond lite is a lightweight iron-on adhesive that has a strong bond without adding extra weight or stiffness to a project.

Directions:

1.   Pre-wash all materials without fabric softeners. Pre-test adhesive on materials before starting project.

2.   Preheat iron to medium heat, NO steam.  Place adhesive on back of materials to be bonded (paper liner should be face up). (Fig 1)

3.   Place and hold iron on the paper for 2 seconds.  Repeat until entire surface is bonded. (Fig 1)

4.   Cut to size or shape needed.  Peel off paper liner. (Fig 2)

5.   Place material, adhesive side down, on top of project.  Press and hold iron for 6 seconds on each section until entire piece is bonded. (Fig 3)

6.   Times listed above are for cotton. Iron thick fabrics an additional 2 seconds from the back of the project.

7.   Hand or machine sew along edges. (Fig 4)
